  • Start with fresh, clean chicken wings.
  • Sprinkle the wings with Ole Hickory Pits All Purpose Seasoning.
  • Coat wings evenly with seasoning.
  • Transfer the chicken wings to a rack.
  • We smoked these wings at 225˚ for 3 hours in our Ole Hickory Pit.
  • Enjoy!
