Off The Hoof BBQ

We have fed the 200 employees of our local Novant Hospital in Supply, NC three times since the state of NC shut down back in late March. Catering is our part time “hustle”, not a full time job for my wife Teresa and I so we’re cooking every other week for them as long as we can. Our CTO makes feeding 200 people an easy job for a 2 person “Q-Crew”!
