The CTO-DW is a heavy-duty commercial smoker offering twice the capacity of the standard CTO model. It features patented Convecture™ technology for consistent heat and smoke distribution across 40 square feet of cooking surface. Select from four or eight rack configurations to suit your operation. Built with 12-gauge steel construction and mineral wool insulation, it operates on a 65,000 BTU gas burner (propane or natural gas) with precise thermostat control from 100°F to 325°F. Dual turbo fans ensure product consistency, while the grease drain system and removable racks simplify maintenance. Weighs 1,660 lbs and includes casters, ash rake, and a sliding wood basket to hold your cook wood.
