Thank you for visiting and shopping at OleHickoryPits.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Includes continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.


Shipment Processing Time

We currently fulfill all web orders directly from our own facility using our dedicated staff. We do not utilize third-party logistics (3PL) warehousing or drop shipping for our website orders.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding Holidays. Processing time to shipping is currently the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST generally ship the next business day, provided all items are in stock.

 

Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are rated using an API from UPS / FedEx / USPS in real time


Free Shipping

Place an order of $150 or more (except for excluded items as noted on the product page), and we'll ship it via Economy Mail free of charge.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
Guidelines:
• Shipping costs or any applicable taxes are not included in the $150 total.
• This offer remains valid even if we are unable to fill your entire order.
• Only orders sent via Economy Mail within the Continental United States are eligible for this special offer (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii and the United States outlying territories). This offer does not apply to orders placed with Standard Ground, 3 Day Express, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, International Standard, International Expedited, or International Express.
• Free and flat-rate shipping applies only to orders placed via our website at OleHickoryPits.com.
• Orders will be shipped when all available items have been gathered. In-stock items will not be shipped
individually.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipping confirmation emails may be sent from our ERP system, directly from our web store, or via our API rating software. The timing of these emails will correspond to the completion of specific steps within our shipping process.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact Ole Hickory Pits at 1-800-223-9667.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer international shipping directly from our web store. International shipments must be placed with one of our sales or service representatives and all shipping charges, including all applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
