Simple Easy Smoked Pork Chops

Had a long day at work? Think you can’t have a great meal on a Wednesday? This recipe is for you. Simply season your thick cut pork chops with your favorite Ole Hickory seasoning and let rest while you get the smoker ready.
Prepare your smoker to 250 degrees and toss in your favorite squog. Once the pit is up to temperature, add your pork chops and forget about them for the next hour. We are shooting for an internal temperature of 145-150. This temperature ensures that the pork is both safe to eat and juicy. Finally, top with Apple Q and leave on the smoker for a few more minutes. Serve with a side of potatoes and corn and it will feel like a Sunday dinner. Too bad its Wednesday.
